Damian is a native of New Zealand and was raised in an environment that built strong character, impeccable integrity, and a tireless work ethic. He was drawn to serving clients from an early age, finding a professional home in the hotel industry. He began working in various roles, building expertise and gaining valuable insights into client service. He later completed his corporate management traineeship. 

Damian eventually moved to Vancouver, where he continued his career trajectory with Executive Hotels & Resorts, a boutique, service-oriented hotel brand. He quickly gained valuable experience, working as a front-office manager. After taking on additional revenue management responsibilities, he was promoted to a multi-hotel revenue management position. With his ability to take on the tough challenges and multitask, combined with his extensive customer service experience, his transition into the real estate industry has been seamless. 

As a committed member of the Tri-Cities community, Damian has committed to service and giving back to the community. He is a driver for the Meals for Seniors program with the City of Coquitlam and is the PAC Chair with Smiling Creek Elementary. His work has also included coaching baseball and softball teams and managing a hockey team in the community. 

In his free time, he is a devoted husband, father, and pet parent. They are an active family, enjoying the great outdoors hiking, camping, and traveling. Damian is a sports enthusiast and enjoys hockey, running, and golf.
